A number of multicentric clinical trials and a recent study conducted by scientists at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas have discovered that Guggul extract can help lower cholesterol. Ultra Guggulow contains 25 mg of guggulsterones per 1000 mg of guggul extract. Bioperine® contains 95% piperine extracted from the fruits of black pepper. Several double-blind clinical studies have confirmed that Bioperine® increases absorption of nutrients.
